Borrell said violent incidents in the north should be stopped immediately, while considering unilateral and uncoordinated actions are unacceptable.
Furthermore, Borrell said all open issues between Kosovo and Serbia should be addressed through dialogue mediated by the EU.
Violent “Incidents in northern Kosovo must stop immediately. The unilateral and uncoordinated shares that endanger stability are unacceptable. All open issues must be addressed through EU-attended dialogue. We are in contact with Belgrade and Pristina”, he wrote in a post at “Twitter”.
The anti-muggling police operation conducted in the Pristina, Pec, South Mitrovica and North Mitrovica region has gone through tensions. Police have reported roadblocks, use of gas tanks, bombs, use of firearms and hand grenades by suspected persons, and damage to official vehicles.
Therefore, as a result of shooting various lethal means towards police officials, police have so far confirmed that 6 police officials have suffered bodily injuries, among them five Albanian national and 1 Serbian national officials.
“Based on initial information, one of the persons involved in the attack on police officials has been injured”, police now report.
And today's action has put eight people in handcuffs.
