The Mitrovica municipality, run by current chairman Agim Bahtiri, had allocated 50,000.00 euros from her budget for construction of the Family Medicine Centre in Kostunica.
Bahtiri had divided that amount in 2020, and $1603,000 in 2021.
And apparently he didn't have enough money for the first contract, and on December 7, 2020, he had also signed a contract worth 194,331.51, where, as noted in the audience's report with this exceeded projected value, he continued to enter new obligations without paying off preliminary obligations.
By December 24, 2020, it was placed in the turquoise for which the company has billed $2,554.92. But, since that date, work has not yet been under way on the construction of the QKMF, which is that the money is paid for only for pebbles.
The municipality's deputy head, Faruk Mujka, Health Director Erseka Hasanaj-Baran, other directors from municipal directors, KKMF chief chief head Burim Plana, representative and some of the residents of Kostov village were present.
In 2021 this payment was made in two installments, 15,603.00, planned at 2021 and 5,951.92m from the accepted revenues of 2020, so the contract exceeded fourfold the projected value.
According to the audit report, the 2.2 point reportedly “Communa during 2020 had realised to be worth 1,766,659. These revenues are mainly from property tax, construction permits, administrative taxes, business activities, rent, and so on. In addition to these municipal revenues, indirect revenues have been accepted, which are collected from the central level (records by police, court and forest agency) worth 242,770$”.
Therefore, the total of 50,000.00 euros in 2020, the municipality of Mitrovica, has gone to the test, and its obligation was delivered in 2021.
