The 12 PZAP judges, who come from the Constitutional Court, Appeals and Supreme Court, did not know that Article 29 par.1 points q) of the Election Law is not the lex specialis in relation to the 100th Article of the Penal Code of Time. They thus restricted the fundamental constitutional right to be elected. Of course, we must establish stricter legal criteria for acceptance and discipline! See you after February 14th!
Tuesday, PZAP decided to partially accept LVV's complaint about the certificate of election lists, with the decision to certificate all candidates, except those who have had problems with the law, including the chairman of this political subject, Albin Kurti.
