Sky Italy reports that St Petersburg's Zenni is interested in Albanian midfield services.
The 35-year-old has been playing in Genoa, where he has recorded 30 presentations in Serie A.
In the past two decades, Behram has had a wild career playing some of the most famous European teams, such as Lazio, Naples, West Ham, Fiorentina, Watford and Udine.
He also participated four times in the World Football Championship.
