It's made for the first time the battery of electric cars filling in in five minutes.

The batteries for electric cars that fill up in just five minutes have been produced for the first time. This achievement is being assessed as a major step towards the goal that electric cars in the future fill as fast as cars with oil or gasoline. Electricity is a vital part of anti-climate measures, but the waste of battery is a concern for drivers. New ion-litium batteries were developed by Israeli company “StoreDot” and produced by “Company Eve Energy” in China on standard production lines.

The Israeli company has already testified to itself through the production of batteries that fill very quickly the phones, drones, scooters, while the 1,000 batteries produced are now expected to witness its technology to car producers.

The company invested giants “Dimler”, “BP”, “Samsung” and “TDK” and has so far managed to raise $130m, writes The Guardian.

New batteries can be filled in in just five minutes, but far more powerful fillers are needed for them than those used today. Using available infrastructure, company “StoreDot” aims at providing 160km drive by 2025 with a 5-minute battery filling.
