The agency, in accordance with the Law, has previously submitted the request to the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo for approval of the Final Report, and has subsequently granted permission to close the liquidation process for this GDP, while the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo through this arrangement has approved this Final Report and has granted permission to shut down the liquidation process for the above-rated GDP.
As a result, following the recent DPSGSK arrangement, the number of NS has so far closed in the process of liquidation in the area has reached 33 NB/Aste.

At the same time, the Court has set a 15-day deadline for any eventual complaint against this ruling, and after this deadline is passed, the decision becomes overwhelming and reports of liquidation closure for this subject the Kosovo Privatisation Agency will send relevant institutions as envisioned by the AKP Law.
