Aguero, who fought injuries this season, did not appear in City's Premier League victory over Aston Villa on Wednesday evening and has not appeared for the team since January 3rd, when seen in the 3-1 victory over Chelsea.
However, after recovering in successive injuries, Aguero has again resulted in unfortunate, having confirmed that he was infected with coronavirus.
“After a close contact, I've been self-insulated and the last test I've done was positive for Covedi-19”.

By contrast, City has been one of the most affected English clubs in terms of the number of positive coronavirus tests, with Aguero now making a total of nine players who have resulted positive with Covid-19.
This includes stars of the first team such as Eric Garcia, Gabriel Jesus and Kyle Walker, who all lost City's victory over Chelsea. goalkeeper Scott Carson and 18-year-old midfielder Cole Palmer later came up positive on January 6th.
