Even the most valuable person on the planet, Mexican Carlos Slim, whose wealth is estimated at over $50 billion, owns a football team. Surprisingly, though, he has chosen Oviedo, who plays in the second Spanish league.
After the Mexican Slim, with a fortune of over $45 billion, is Frenchman Pinaul, who leads a group that controls Renne's club in the French football elite.

On the podium, it is also seen by Chelsea President Roman Abramovich with $15.9 billion, which is about $1 billion ahead of Dietrich Mateschitz, the man who invented “Red Bull” and owns a number of football teams worldwide.
