The Pristina municipality has fined the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK).
A day earlier, Pristina Community Inspectorate Director Adonis Tahiri warned that all political parties that violate the Law for Prevention and Combating COVID-19 will be fined two thousand euros.
And the first party to be punished by the Pristina municipality is the Democratic League, which has held a rally in the capital.
Tahiri through a post in his official profile on the social Facebook network has called on political parties to respect the laws and decisions that were made by the government, contrary to what he pointed out, otherwise, the fines go to the party headquarters for each gathering in Pristina.
Tahiri's full announcement, without interference:
No one on the law!
Implementation of measures to prevent the spread of the virus is necessary. The violations are sanctioned on the basis of the Law for the Prevention and Combat of the COVID-19 pandemic on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 25, paragraph 1.
We call on political subjects to respect the laws and decisions they have voted for themselves. On the contrary, the fines go to the party headquarters for each gathering in Pristina.
