Mustafa: Special Court Considers Los Angeles Officials' Murders

The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, has said that the killings against officials of this party should be reviewed by the Special Court. Mustafa in an interview for “Online economy” has said this court is not founded at the request of LDK. “I can say that Special Court has not been established either at [...] request.
Mustafa in an interview for “Online economy” has said this court is not founded at the request of LDK.
I can say that the Special Court was not founded at the request of the LDK either at the LDK initiative. The court's establishment has been a report the Council of Europe proved then and it has become the basis for the court's establishment. The court has a time period in which he will handle all the crimes that have been committed and I believe that in that period of time the killings of officials, the members of the LDK will have to be considered and all the other murders should be considered because we cannot say that some killings are important and some insignificant because the court itself has the role of returning or returning the debt we owe to victims who have been subjected to attacks that occurred in that period”, Mustafa said.
In this interview, Mustafa has said dialogue with Serbia should end with mutual recognition and no border touch.
We don't need to sit down and talk about other things. We've been dialogueing enough so far on specific issues and it's seen that they're not finished and we're going to complete this process. We will continue as an independent state we will co-operate with all countries in the European Union, even with those who have not recognised us, because we must convince them that they will someday recognise Kosovo. It would be very good to complete this process and become a member of the United Nations and not have obstacles to international communication, but also internal barriers, as we are being made today through these municipalities that are in the north of the country”, Mustafa has indicated.
The Special Court has carried out the first arrests of Kosovo Liberation Army leaders. In the charges brought against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi also mentioned the murders of LDK activists.
