Jesse Lingaard has been transferred to the London team, West Ham United as a loan.
West Ham had offered 1.5 million pounds for English borrowing, also “The Hammers” had taken over Lingard's salary.
Now, Lingard will join by the end of the season with the Londoners, where he will be reunited with manager David Moyes, who was also manager at Manchester United.
The 28-year-old joins “The Hammers” by Manchester United, where he made 210 presentations, scored 33 goals and recorded 20 assets and won the FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Europe League.
Lingard expressed enthusiasm at his transfer to London, and said this is a new chapter for him.
I'm excited, it's another chapter in my life. Nothing is guaranteed, but I've come here to work hard and help the team and bring my experience to team”, he said.
This is my main goal. I just want to enjoy my football and come back to play again and go back to field”, Jesse Lingard concluded.
We are pleased to confirm the signal of England International @JesseLingard on loan until the end of the 2020/21 season.#WelcomeJesse
