Kosovo football strangely: Morning coach in Superleague, afternoon regular studio analyst

It is difficult to find any logical explanation about the activism of Kosovo trainers as analysts, while exercising a profession of dedication in Superleague. The problem might actually be deeper than it looks at first sight, writes Periscope.
From sports shows that absorb the factor in interest, to clubs that allow their trainers to concentrate on the work and the great commitment required at the Kosovo football elite, as well as the willingness of their trainers to receive two salaries, since the end is a struggle for existence, right?
Nothing seems to be right. But hey, maybe the Superleague trainers are specific beings distinguished by other European trainers... maybe they can perform on their 100 percent on two fronts, you don't know.
However, we are counting that they are just human beings like everyone else on the planet Earth, and we are by no means able to overcome this as constant keepers of sports events in the country.
Do you think where the turning point could have been that convinced a Kosovo coach that he should be a regular analyst at the TV studios.
To appreciate the courage of x coach who has certainly called the president of the club who is employed to ask for permission to be an analyst in the TV studio.
On the other hand, the club's scandalous willingness to accept something like that. But these are just guesses, maybe the coach in question didn't even ask about the club, maybe he's got a relationship with the president, maybe they're even close friends, they're regular coffee, and the coach has the freedom to make decisions in their minds the way they do... who knows!
Let's not talk about sports show leaders, editors, or anyone who makes decisions and considers it appropriate to invite an active coach to the Superleague to give impartial analysis.
Maybe they have a lot of obligations or they're overloaded and they don't have time to think sound enough to realize that hiring an active trainer to give credit analysis is absolutely one of the only things you shouldn't do if you run a show...
It's like, you had one job...
There is no end to the chain of terrible decisions on all sides. /Periscope. com/
