Media there report that at Newark Liberty International Airport, a dog sniffed that a person from Kosovo in his luggage had about 40kg of sausage.
When the staff examined the luggage, they found about 40 kilograms of “swukukuk swine”, which is forbidden to enter the US from Kosovo, writes the New York Post.
“Importing pork meat, though seemingly harmless to the general public, can cause major damage to our economy and agricultural industry,” wrote in a statement Troy Miller, the Director of Operations in Customs.
