A serious event has been marked for the early morning hours in the capital, where a 34-year-old man shot his brother-in-law to death.
According to police, the event took place on the “5 May” road in Tirana, following an instant conflict. The author stabbed his brother - in - law, who passed away at the hospital.
“Around 3:45 this morning, on “May” after an instant conflict, for poor motives citizen K.S., 34, has stabbed his brother-in-law to V.Z., 42, who, as a result of the ill-tempered wound, has changed lives in hospital”, police say.
Police have arrived at the scene immediately, enabling the author to arrest him.
Under the D.A.'s direction, work continues on the full whiteening of the circumstances.
