A tragedy has occurred today in the world of football. This is Brazil's fourth division club Palma. The team was traveling by private jet to Goiania, where they would face Villa Nova.
The plane on which the team was traveling crashed a few moments after rising from a track in the area of Porto Nacional, a municipality just 60 km from Palmas. Unfortunately, the trip didn't go as planned and there were five people from the club who passed away.
Among the victims were four players and Palma President Lucas Meira. The other life-changing players are: goalkeeper Ranule (27), left defender Lucas Praxedes (23 years old), quarterback Guierme Noe (28 years old), and midfielder Marcus Molinari (23 years old).
