Now patience as it seems to be coming to an end. German authorities, like those in Italy and many other countries of the world, are considering file a lawsuit against antiConvidian vaccine producers.
The indictment is the same, due to delays caused in supply, which companies justify with a restructuring procedure to increase capacities.
If we find that companies have not implemented their obligations, we must decide on the legal consequences. No company can favour another country instead of the EU in the face of an agreement reached”, said German Economy Minister Peter Altmaier, during an interview for “Day Welt”.
The main companies of anti-coronvirus vaccine production have announced that delays with the supply of prescribed doses come to an end starting next week.
