According to renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romanos, this agreement will be closed next week.
The 24-year-old will join the Rossons as borrowed from Chelsea by the end of the season.
After the season ends, Milan will have the right to purchase for 30m euros, but this is not binding.
For medical tests and finalisation of the deal, Tomori will travel to Milan in the coming days.
