The contracts are all deposited in the Lega Serie A this afternoon, where agreement between clubs is confirmed.
Rowella will remain on loan to Genoa for the rest of the season.
As for Portanovas and Petrellis, they can immediately make the transfer to Marass.
Rowella is a 19-year-old midfielder, with 11 presentations this season in Serie A and Coppa Italy. He has two presentations for Italy at U-21.
There's a special return to Genoa for Portanov, as his father Daniele played for Genoa in 1998-99 and 2013-14.
