The Oracle has been chosen as a <x0-partner technological” but negotiations would result in a restructuring rather than in sales, reports claimed.

Microsoft announced that its bid to buy TikTok's US operations was rejected, removing the technology giant from the campaign.
Bydance tell us they won't sell TikTok operations in the US to Microsoft. “We are sure that our proposal would have been good for TikTok users, defending national security interests”, Microsoft said in its statement.
The Chinese government in late August discovered new regulations restricting technology exports, likely including the artificial intelligence system TikTok using to select which videos its users will use.
This means that ByteDance will have to take a license from China to export such technology to a foreign company.
