Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has commemorated the Massive Abria massacre, where 23 members of the Deliu family were killed.
He has said it is one of the 400 massacres of the state of Serbia for which no one has yet been convicted.
On 26 September 1998, Serbian military forces massacred 23 members of the Deliu family in Abri of Among them are women, and children, and elders. The massacre at the Upper Abria is one of about 400 state massacres Serbia over the Albanian population, for which no one has yet been convicted.
