The left-wing defender was joined by Real Madrid for 35m euros, while playing for 90 minutes in the Karabao Cup triumph against Chelsea, Periscopi broadcasts.
He didn't have the best start, but ended up having a key role in Tottenham's victory.
The 23-year-old was guilty of the Chelsea goal scored by Timo Werner.
He was taken away by Cesar Azpilicueta, who then miraculously assisted for the German attacker who made it up to 1-0.
Reguillon, however, paid himself back in the end, assisting for Eric Lamela's goal of the draw.
At the penalty, Spurs won after Mason Moon was the only player to miss by 11 meters.
However, one moment in particular has gone viral on social networks, including Regillo.
Tottenham's fans knew Reguillan was quick, but they certainly didn't know he was so fast.
Just before the end of the first part, the Spaniard showed the thrilling speed with a perfect intervention in Caumul Hudson-Odoin.
