Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali has declared that Mini-Schengeni will soon become a reality of the Western Balkans.

At the same time, he has said the main benefit of the Washington Agreement is rapid integration into global trade and economic development of the entire region.

“E we have made the maximum possible, especially about important issues for the living standard of citizens living in the Western Balkans. Exports to the region have increased markedly in recent years, but the region's economies continue to be poorly integrated in global trade”, Mali has said in the interview for Sarajevas newspaper, “Dnvni Avaz”.

He has stressed that the economic normalisation of reports between Kosovo and Belgrade would also contribute to the states of the region. Meanwhile for Mini-Shengen, which he has called “but also the most important point of the agreement, of importance is that Pristina agreed to be part of this initiative”, he said.
