Police action in Pec, 11 people are arrested, weapons, ammunition and money seized.

The Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime (DHKO), following several months' investigation, with a warrant issued by the Pristina Foundation Court, the Special Department today, in 29.09.2020, in the morning hours, has conducted a police operation in the Pec region.

During this police operation, houses and escort facilities have been searched at 10 (ten) different locations. DHKO investigators have been supported by police units: Special Operations Unit (NJSO), unit to be -K9 and two units at Pec Police Station.

An alleged 11 (11) were arrested during the operation: B.M. (1977, m/k), S.R. (1975, m/k), I.R. (1954, f/k), B.U. (1981, m/k), S.K. (1968, m/k), F.P. (1970, m/k), A.C. (1978, m/k), A.F. (1983, m/k), K.S. (1974, m/k), A.S. (1964, m/k) and B.H. (1955, m/k). And P.M. suspect. (1984, m/k), has not been confronted by police and remains in police search.

During the search, as material evidence has been found and seized:

• 3 (three) Long semi-automatic weapons,

• 6 (six) small arms,

• 2 (two) Cartoons

• 1 (a) dylbi,

• 180 bullets (various calibre)

• 2000 (two thousand) euros,

• 2 (two) cars and

• 12 (12) Mobile Phones.

With the decision of the competent prosecutor, eleven suspects have been sent to the hold for 48 hours.
