At a media conference, PDK Parliamentary Group chief Bedri Hamza has said the government's proposal is not comprehensive and does not help all categories. He said that “if only the Trust tools are in question, we can change a provision of the Law on Pension Fund and not be called a recovery law”.
“Sic you are informed today at the session are two bills dealing with addressing Kosovo's needs. It's the PDK initiative and government initiative. We propose to sit together and make a law literal, good and sustainable. The law the government has proposed has no substance. If they're only brain tools, we can only change one sub of the pension funds law. I say the government should vote on our proposal. It's more comprehensive. Two are in the polls. In this hearing both are on the polls, but we're saying if it's just a trust not to become a law on recovery, but to come with the pension fund”, Hamza declared.
