Patrick Schick has completed his transfer from Rome to Bayer Leverkusen for 26.5m euros plus 10 per cent of any future sales.
The attacker passed last season on loan to RB Leipzig, but they did not activate their option to buy at the agreed price.
SAMPdoria's former fighter, Schick, had medical tests today, and by evening it was formalised.
Schick was transferred from Sampdoria to 2017, under the obligation to purchase it for 42m euros.
