Tomorrow will be the first presentation of the KLA's OVL deputy head in the Kosovo Specialised Chambers Trial Hall in The Hague.

Nasim Haradinaj was arrested on 25 September in Kosovo by the Prosecutor's Office specialised on the basis of a warrant for arrest and transfer issued by a Kosovo Specialised Chambers Court.
The suspect's “has been issued for the arrest of criminal acts against administration of justice, respectively, for fear of witnesses, revenge and violation of the procedure's secrecy, provided in the Kosovo Criminal Code, as included in Article 15we2 of Law No. 05L-53 for Specialised Chambers and Specialised Prosecutor's Office. Nasim Haradinaj's first presentation will be held at the public session, which can be forwarded via Internet report”, says the report.
