Through a media report from the assembly has become known that Chief Parliamentary Vjosa Osmani and Defence Minister Anton Kuni have signed the Understanding Agreement, which allows the Defence Ministry and the KSF to appoint an liaison official between the Kosovo Assembly and the MM, respectively, KSF.
