Kosovo lawyer urges Dritan Abazovic to create security for Albanians in Montenegro

“Dritian Abazović, will there be security in Montenegro?

In 50 years of going to Ulcinj, and 20 years of my home in Krruc, a village 12km from Ulcinj, we never had a problem.

Not even the smallest.

Montenegro for me has been the safest country in the Balkans.
