He has said he had an awkward situation when some Serbian youths have broken his car sign in front of his house in a village of Ulcinj.
“This morning around 2.30 a.m., a group of young people has been stopped in front of my house, and they're starting to make a big noise, in Serbian, backed up by the car. Merita and her mother were at home. When they woke up in the morning, they saw the back plate missing. It's being seen from plastic holders, because someone took it out of”, Koci wrote.
Attorney Koci's full response:
“Dritian Abazović, will there be security in Montenegro?
1.
In 50 years of going to Ulcinj, and 20 years of my home in Krruc, a village 12km from Ulcinj, we never had a problem.
Not even the smallest.
Montenegro for me has been the safest country in the Balkans.

These days we've noticed we're missing another hour in the yard.
I have to point out that in my home village, I have never had the smallest problem.
3.
This situation is reminding me of the early 1990s.
It starts with minor incidents and then the situation escalates.
I don't care who takes power in Montenegro, but Dritan Abazovovic, as a politician who is defining the fate of the Montenegrin government, as the declared cosmopolitan, should offer sigrum to all.
At least at the level that has been so far.
