A violent citizen from several Kosovo Police officials in “Square has been arrested last night. Behgjet Shala executive director of the Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms KMDLNJ has reacted to this case.
He told Periscope that violence against this person is unacceptable and separate in the presence of children.
Shala has commented today's Kosovo Police reasoning where in an answer to Periscope they said that the person in question was arrogant towards the blue uniform, and that they were forced to react., which according to Shala, this response is universal for the Kosovo police. He says we're used to these reactions.
“The KMDLNJ is reportedly arresting a person for not wearing a mask last night, but the same has been a violent exercise, and we have even seen the police's reasoning, which was universal, like all the other reasonings we get from them”, Shala told Periscope.
Shala has asked the Kosovo Police Inspectorate to launch investigations into the police in question, and who was right here. Shala says violence in public places is incompatible in the presence of children.
”We, KMDLNJ, ask the investigation by the Kosovo Police Investigative Insect, for these policemen, and prove they had the right to behave that way. This is punishable and unacceptable, it has had to find a different way and not use force in the public place. I think it was rather a reaction to the moment, which doesn't reason because it doesn't have the right to act that way”, Shala concludes. /Periskopi/Besarta Hoti/
