The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), through a communiqué for the media, says he has accepted numerous media questions about the investigation about the submission of documents to the KLA Veterans Organisation, which documents are potentially connected with the Specialised Prosecutor's Office in The Hague.
P The SRK suggests that, currently, The Hague's Specialised Prosecutor's Office is investigating the case. The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo is willing to assist if something like that is required.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo reports that the unauthorized discovery of confidential documents or information concerning protected witnesses implies violations of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo and may be punishable by prison sentences.
