President Trump's envoy for dialogue, Richard Green, through a video connection has congratulated the Jews of Kosovo for the Jewish New Year.
At the ceremony attended, President Thaci, Prime Minister Hoti, chief speaker Osmani and VV chairman Kurti, Grenelli has talked about the new reports between Israel and Kosovo.
He said that he regrets that he could not attend the ceremony.
