I used to change bags and guns a while ago, right in the bag. I forgot there, and today I took my bag without knowing that the gun was still in there and traveled to Albania” The singer said.
To the singer it burdens a charge of “arms and ammunition trafficking” carried out in co-operation, the charge that envisions a sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison.
But even if gun trafficking has not been carried out in cooperation, again Fjolla Morina risks a sentence ranging from 7 to 15 years in prison.
Report Tv suggests that currently the Kukes Police and Prosecutor, have sought ballistic expertise of two pistols caught in the car where Fjolla Morina was travelling, with one of the seemingly unwary weapons, stands out as a lighter pistol.
And the other weapon seized in Fjolla Morina's bag will be subjected to ballistic and dattilloscopic expertise to learn the technical situation and if there were fingerprints of two other boys in the car with the singer.
Police arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning in a car called “Audi” Fjolla Morina, and two 29-year-old F.M. boys -- 29, Bresalz resident, Kosovo and F.S.,29 -- residents of Belgium.
All three men were taken fingerprints with intent on comparing the fingerprints on the pistol.
