Initially, up to 1,000 fans will be allowed in stadiums as a pilot project and then a higher percentage will be seen.
The presence of viewers in Britain has been banned since early March because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Three Championship matches, four of League One and three of the League Two have been selected for this week to be held with observers at the stadium.
All meetings will be held this Saturday.
In the coming days a decision will also be made for Premier League matches.
