According to him, these confidential files have been released from Special Court offices, so there is also the seriousness and level of this court that had to be prosecuted in principle for its actions but also for the risk of witnesses found in these documents.
A few months before these documents come to us by someone unknown and that security organs, if they want, had caught him in the background without a problem, the Special Court has accused the Government of Kosovo of putting pressure on the Special Court. Also, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office had directly intervened in Kosovo President Hashim Thaci's ban and obstruction of the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, which was previously held in the United States of America”.
