The club's president from Turkish Superleague, Fatih Mert, has confirmed the news in a post on social networks.
He has notified the club's fans that after regular medical tests, the Albanian player will join Ankara's team.
The 23-year-old, who leaves FC Luzerni, is expected to close the contract this week and be formalised as the new player of the Turkish club.
