Mustafa has berated such a stance on Selimi's part, saying Prime Minister Hoti will be at large in both domestic and foreign policies.
He has added that it is good to have consultations among party leaders, but also confidence in the country's prime minister, writes Periscopi.
Mustafa has declared that Prime Minister Hoti will receive no instruction from anyone but the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.

We need to explain about some statements that are being made about dialogue and my role and other leaders of the ruling coalition.
I, as LDK chairman, do not give instructions to Prime Minister Hoti. I consult with the prime minister and coalition partners for dialogue and other programming issues. I request and will seek to implement the governing programme, while dialogue develops in the sets of principles we agreed on.
I'd rather have some stupid consultations.Order and container with coalition partners and the prime minister, but we also respect the prime minister and trust him to do his duty.
The papers, which are promoting the justice minister, that the prime minister will be independent of his internal affairs, while in foreign affairs he will be guided by the three political leaders, for me they are interference in the constitutional responsibilities of the prime minister and government, therefore unacceptable.
