Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz has “loosened the government budget”, subsidising in various ways to help families in Austria against the economic crisis with COVID-19.
In addition to the 450 euros additional to all announced at the Employment Entin (AMS) from 1 May to 31 August and the reduction of the wage tax employees (negotiations from the employer will become the most distant by the end of September), another bonus to be distributed this week is for children, writes “Oe24.”.
Out of 360 euros will be allocated to each child living in Austria. Also from 100 euros plus will each receive school children from the age of 6-15. (The 100 euro salary will be given for children's obligations at the start of the school year), broadcast “Albinfo Austria”.
All these vehicles will be paid by the end of this week. That's how the family minister's office, Christine Ashbacher, confirmed.
The cost of all these family supplies will total some 700m euros. Applying these subsidies is not necessary. Money will be transferred automatically to account.
The same amount, however, is not valid for those children living outside Austria.
According to an official estimate by Chancellor Kurz, the family, which has three children during the month of September, will benefit from the state about 2100 euros. These are just like family aid.
Opposing parties in Austria have criticised the distribution of these bonuses, calling them the pre-election campaign for Vienna Together, which will be held on 11 October.
