Veliu through a Facebook post has announced that in this regard he has met KFOR Commander Michele Ries.
He has, as Veliu has expressed, informed him that the patrol was common between Serbian forces and KFOR, and that such activities, according to Veliu, are held with the Forces of the Republic of Kosovo.

Dear citizens,
Following media concerns raised by citizens of the Republic Kosovo, as well as public letter Chairman of Community of Kamenica, Mr. Kamenica. Kastrati stands in terms of entry of Serbian gendarmerie forces on Republic territory Kosovo, respectively, in the village of Karacheva - Kamenica Community, today I have held a working meeting with KFOR Commander Major General Michelle Reese, with whom I have discussed the matter in question.
KFOR commander praised the meeting high, saying such meetings are welcome.
General Riesi reportedly KFOR was alarmed at this incident by media reports, since such an act has only been a common routine and synchronized patrol of KFOR and the Forces Armattaries of Republic of Serbia, with which since 2008, KFOR develops joint patrols along the border line. So this was just a joint patrol.
Such synchronized activities are held with both Serbian and Serbian forces Republic of Kosovo, in order to avoid any clashes between members of the two forces.
I hope that in the past joint patrols have been organized KFOR and Police Kosovo, simultaneously seeking that such patrols resume even in these parts Kosovo, which was also welcomed by General Reese, who said they are willing to assist Kosovo police and resume such activities.
At the end of the meeting we agreed that KFOR and Kosovo Police meet and discuss modalities for restarting joint and synchronizated patrols along the border line with Serbia.
