A series of technical and organisational measures in a wider area than the stadium's perimeter, with the aim of securing order and public safety before, during and after the development of the football match, aiming not only at the overall performance of sports activity but also at not allowing fans to collect, as a precaution for spreading COVID-19 infection. Within these envisioned measures, we inform the citizens of Tirana that:
Only those individuals assigned by the team and the FSHF will be allowed to join the stadium, according to the Sanitary protocol “for the body of football matches”. If violations of the protocol are found, administrative measures will be introduced under the norm act against all responsible persons.
No fan gatherings will be allowed in squares or in surrounding areas. In the event the police assemble will intervene in their distribution.
