Ferizaj's attorney has detailed the tragic event that took place today in this municipality where the boy allegedly killed his mother.
The prosecution through a media communique has indicated that the victim was 83 years old, while her son was about 62.
The event allegedly occurred around 8:00 a.m.
The Foundation Procuror in Ferizaj, the Ra's Crime Department, informs you that today, in Ferizaj, a person is suspected to have deprived his mother of life. The event took place around 8:00 a.m. where suspect B. C., about 62, allegedly at his house on the “Ejup Statovci” street in Ferizaj, has now deprived his mother of life of feeling M. C, about 83 years old”, says the Prosecution Community.
In this way it is suspected that the same has committed the criminal act -- the grave murder -- by Article 173 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
Suspect B. C, with the prosecutor's decision it has been banned in 48 hours and within its legal deadline, measures will be required for the defendant's security in criminal procedure.
