In an address to the media in Serbia, Volin said the patrol of Serbian forces has been in sync with KFOR, and that, according to him, no illegal crossing of the border is in question.
The only truth is that there has been a synchronized patrol between Serbia's Army and KFOR, the East Regional Command, the Turkish contingent and the US. There has been a patrol from the village of Muhovc to Karacheva, from 16:50 to 18:10, according to the designated administrative line”, Voulin said.
As the border between Kosovo and Serbia was referred to as “administrative lines”, the Serbian Defence Minister stressed that, for days from Pristina, “has efforts to again attack Serbia's Army”, saying international agreements are not being implemented and that Belgrade is violating the administrative line.
Meanwhile, he announced that the goal is to include members of the Kosovo Police in these patrols, but added that Serbia's Army has refused this several times and that it has agreements only with KFOR, as according to him, the NATO Army is the only force within Kosovo's territory, which Serbia recognises.
