Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation Secretary Faton Klinkaku has said the KLA has made the state, and according to him the state has a duty to protect former KLA soldiers.
Klinaku has said that every state has laws to protect the values of their wars.
He has said the Law on Protection of the Values of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK) does not prevent witnesses, as according to him, the Special Court is formed by Kosovo.
