Reports by local media suggested that violence was caused by the conflict between protesters and armed men who were guarding a derivative pump, the BBC writes, translates Periscopi.
The images show a 29-year-old while he was being shot several times. His lawyers said that “would need a miracle” for him to walk again.
People so far are not carrying out the orders of the authorities and have joined the protests, which in many cases are turning violent.
