France's prime minister, Jean Castex, said that the Coronavirus is popular among the French population four times more than a month ago.
Castex said 21 areas are already classified as <x0) red zones” compared to 19 that were the day before.
“Pandemia is gaining ground and now is the time to intervene”, Castex said at a news conference in Paris.
Although the spread of the coronary is mainly among young people, admissions to hospitals have gradually increased to about 800 patients in a week.
Castex said the authorities' aim is to do everything “to avoid isolation”. He said the Health Ministry is drafting plans.
France is one of the most affected countries in Europe by coronarys. It has recorded over 291,000 infected and over 30,000 victims.
Coronervirus has affected over 24 million people globally. Of them, over 826,000 have lost their lives, and over 15.8 million have recovered.
