Northern Macedonia: Tomorrow the deal for the government is expected, prime minister remains “enigme”

In the joint communiqué, the parties clarify that serious progress has been achieved on almost all issues leading to an agreement for the government in the talks at the level of party secretaries, Grubi and Nikolovski. And that given the urgency for functional institutions in dealing with the challenges posed by COVID-19, a key meeting between Presidents Ali Ahmeti and Zoran Zaev will be held tomorrow, where a final agreement for a new, stable government, dedicated to a four-year term, is expected.

The parties expect the following days to continue binding sessions for the election of the Speaker of the Parliament. They do not elaborate on the course of negotiations, especially on the prime minister's issue, considering that this was the red line of the two sides before negotiations began, especially during the pre-election campaign.
