Robert Lewandowski is the first champion League player in history to score eight consecutive matches in a major European race, passing Jürgen Klinsmann since 1996, had scored seven consecutive matches.
Robert Lewandowski is only the fifth player to score eight consecutive matches in the history of European Cup/Chamongs League.
Thomas Müller has now scored 23 goals in the elimination phase of Champions League, ranking only after Cristiano Ronaldo (67) and Lionel Messi (47).
