On Tuesday morning, the Supreme Court decided to retrial the Kosovo Football Federation President Agim Ademi.
FFK's number 1 risked nine months in effective prison, while charged with jumping and attempted obligation, writes Periscopi.
The Court of Foundation and Appeals had decided on Adam's sentence in a process where there was speculation about numerous irregularities.
And that's exactly what these irregularities were recorded from the Third Bank, the Supreme Court, which has decided to turn the case back to zero.
Contacted by Periscope and asked how he views this Supreme decision, Adam's lawyer, Besnik Berisha, has said:
A decision such as this has been expected from the beginning because the Court of Appeals for one reason or another has closed its eyes to the violations made by the First Scale, and this was corrected by the Supreme, which I believe is the right decision but delayed.
The case is turned to zero point and the two judgments meant to be taken from the first,” he said. /Periscope. com/
