After his brother's death as a result of Covid-19, the mayor of the Rahovec municipality, Smajl Latifi, has said they did not believe that his eternity is so fast.
You know, baca Dem, plant faith. You have left behind you Arben, who is the point of the boy, the wise, the educated, the speechless economist you had with arms and columns, prepared to preserve the honor, the manhood and the virtues you had and the men you planted on us and your son”, wrote Latif on the social Facebook network.
