Trade and Industry Minister Vesel Krasniqi has spoken about PDK MP Bekim Haxhiu's statements that masks being used in Kosovo for protection from koronobritus may be cancerogenic.
The one on the T7 Frontal Show has indicated that about 50,000 masks from China were back last week.
“are not proven what the MP (Haxhi) has said. We've been inspecting the seized amount the customs has stopped about 50,000 masks coming from China a week ago, since they didn't have the test done. Once this concern has been raised by the MP, we will have a little bit more care at this” product, Vessel said.
Haxhiu, on a television show last night, has said masks used in Kosovo against COVID-19 can be carcinogenic, since they are mostly Chinese and have no guarantees.
