National Intelligence Service (NIS) says Kim Jong Un will continue to have absolute power but will gradually transfer some of the authorities to the sister and vote, writes Mirror, translate Periscope.
NIS said: “Anni that Kim leader still has absolute power, will gradually transfer some of the power, and this is not the decision for his heir. ”
Kim is expected to transfer other responsibilities to his advisers, including his younger brother Kim Yeo-yeong, who is vice president of the Korean Labour Party.
